Declaring a value

If your shipment is of exceptional value, tell us before booking. You will be asked to declare its value when your order is created. A declared value is a maximum, not insurance. Any potential liability is assessed on the basis of the actual, direct and legally recoverable loss proven, subject to the Terms and applicable law. A declaration of value does not constitute VGTME's acceptance of the shipment or of that value. Shipments of exceptional value require VGTME's prior written acceptance before booking. See section 10 of our Terms and Conditions.
