Overview

Same-day delivery, booked in seconds and tracked to the door

Some deliveries can wait until tomorrow. Most of the ones that matter cannot. A signed contract that has to reach a client before their office closes, a part that keeps a production line moving, a package a customer has already been promised: these are the jobs that decide whether a business looks reliable or looks careless.

VG Well-Being Transport runs a same-day delivery and express delivery service across Greater Montreal, built around six clear speed tiers so you choose the urgency you actually need rather than paying top rate for everything. Booking happens in the DMA app in under a minute. From there you follow the driver live and receive electronic proof of delivery the moment the item is handed over.

We work as a local courier service for businesses of every size, from a two person studio sending artwork across town to a distributor moving stock between branches every morning. There is no minimum volume, no account setup requirement to try us, and no obligation attached to a first job.

  • Six same-day speed tiers
  • Live GPS tracking

Speed tiers

Choose the urgency you actually need

Every tier below is a same day service. What changes is the window, the priority in the queue and the price.

Choosing a tier

The decision, in about ten seconds

Six tiers sounds like a lot until you have had to pick between them at four in the afternoon with a client waiting. In practice the choice is simple, and paying for the fastest option every time is not the answer.

The 45 minute express delivery service exists for genuine emergencies. A document that must arrive before a registry closes. A critical part. A shipment that has already failed once and cannot fail twice. It is the most expensive tier for a reason, and using it routinely means something upstream needs fixing.

The 2 hour tier covers most business courier work and is where the majority of our same day volume sits. The 4 hour tier suits deliveries you booked this morning for this afternoon. The 6 hour tier is the sensible default when the deadline is simply today.

If you are unsure, book the slower option and tell us the real deadline when you book. We will tell you honestly whether it will make it, and we would rather move you up a tier ourselves than take the money for a slower one and miss.

What we carry

Suited to business freight, not to everything

Our commercial delivery service handles urgent parcels, time sensitive documents, priority shipments and critical business deliveries. It is built for the material that keeps a company operating rather than for bulk consumer freight.

Where a shipment is confidential, legally sensitive or medical in nature, our specialized courier service is the better fit. It adds a documented chain of custody, named driver handling and defined protocols that the standard tiers do not include. We will point you there rather than running a sensitive item as an ordinary parcel.

Larger or heavier loads belong with commercial transportation, which covers parcels, light freight, equipment and IT hardware with vehicles matched to the load. If you are not sure which service fits, describe the item and we will tell you.

There are things we do not carry. Anything requiring specialised licensing or handling beyond our scope is declined at booking rather than discovered in the vehicle.

Tracking and proof

Evidence that the job was done

A delivery you cannot evidence is a delivery you may end up making twice. Every commercial delivery is tracked live from the moment of collection and closed out with electronic proof of delivery: a recipient signature or photograph, a GPS location and a time and date stamp.

That record settles two conversations that come up regularly in every business. The first is a recipient insisting nothing arrived. The second is a client querying an invoice. A time stamped, located, signed confirmation ends both quickly and without anyone having to take a position on trust.

Tracking is visible to you throughout, and notifications keep both you and your recipient informed rather than leaving either of you guessing. Nobody should have to telephone a courier to find out where a parcel is.

Accounts and billing

Occasional jobs and recurring routes

One off deliveries are booked and billed per job through the DMA app, with no account required. For businesses sending regularly, a business account with a service agreement is simpler. It stores your details, keeps a record of your routes and consolidates billing rather than generating a separate invoice for every parcel.

For predictable movements, a daily run between two offices, a weekly client distribution, an end of month document circuit, a recurring arrangement holds a fixed place in the schedule and prices the pattern rather than each individual job. Businesses that move to recurring routes almost always find the total cost falls, because the guesswork comes out of the scheduling.

Organisations using more than one of our services usually consolidate everything under a single agreement through corporate transportation solutions, which brings delivery, courier and transport work under one contact and one invoice.

We do not publish a rate card. Distance, tier, timing and volume all move the number, and a headline price that ignores them would be misleading. Tell us what you send and how often.

Who books us

The businesses that send with us most

Professional services firms sending contracts and signed originals against a deadline. Clinics and pharmacies moving items where timing is the whole point. Retailers replenishing a store before it opens. Manufacturers getting a part to a technician who is standing idle without it. Agencies delivering artwork, samples and event materials that must be on site before the doors open.

What those have in common is not industry. It is consequence. In each case a late delivery costs more than the delivery did: a missed filing, a cancelled appointment, an unopened shop, an idle production line, an event running without its materials.

If your business runs on that kind of deadline, the useful conversation is not about rates. It is about which tier fits which of your regular movements, and whether a recurring arrangement would remove the booking step altogether.

Why businesses stay

What a local courier service is actually judged on

01

Honest timing

We tell you before you book whether a tier will make your deadline, rather than accepting the job and apologising afterwards.

02

Total visibility

Proof on every job

Signature or photograph, GPS location and time stamp on every delivery, available immediately.

FAQ

Same-day and express delivery questions

Our quickest tier is a 45 minute express delivery service, intended for genuine emergencies rather than everyday work. Below that we offer 2 hour, 4 hour and 6 hour options, plus evening, overnight, weekend and statutory holiday service. Book the slower tier and tell us the real deadline, and we will say honestly whether it will make it.

Most business courier work fits the 2 hour tier, which covers same day expedited movements where the recipient is expecting the item that afternoon. Choose 4 hour for scheduled priority deliveries planned in advance, and 6 hour when it needs to arrive today but not at a specific time. The 45 minute tier exists for the days when something has already gone wrong.

Book our specialized courier service instead. It adds a documented chain of custody and defined handling protocols that the standard commercial tiers do not include. If you book the wrong one, we will move it across rather than quietly running it as ordinary freight.

Yes, and for most businesses a recurring arrangement works out better than booking each job. It secures a fixed place in the schedule, gives you the same driver, and prices the pattern rather than the individual movement.
